Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, Nexthink has 9 offices worldwide.This role is hybrid, the person must come to the office regularly.We are seeking a Senior IT Sourcing Specialist with a proven track record in negotiating enterprise agreements, P2P process reengineering and system implementation experience, and outstanding influencing skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement processes, driving cost savings, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing activities related to IT and other spend categories like marketing, travel, HR etc.Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Lead the strategic sourcing process for IT-related products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions. Influence technology selection through stakeholder partnerships, market intelligence, benchmarks, supplier road-mapping, contract terms and company's long-term strategy.Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to optimize value and minimize risk.Contract Negotiation: Drive the negotiation of enterprise agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts with enterprise vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and cost avoidance through effective negotiation strategies, volume consolidation, and vendor performance management.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT leadership, legal, finance, and business units, to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform sourcing strategies and identify new opportunities for innovation and efficiency.Process and Procurement Tool Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies. Evaluate and enhance sourcing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive effectiveness, and scalability. Maintain and enhance procurement related tools like Coupa, Source to Pay and spend analytics
