The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies, capable of driving successful project delivery while supporting and coaching teams. This position requires a highly organized professional who can collaborate effectively across the business and technology sectors.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager Scrum Master will oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle from initiation to deployment. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves working closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
