We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C2 or Native) and English (C1 or above) languages.
Location: Lindau, Germany (preferred), but Munich, or Berlin (Hybrid) also works.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Maintain ongoing engagement with clients in collaboration with project management and implementation teams.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop tailored solution scenarios with clients.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and enhancement of IT systems in the technical information environment.
Create process, metadata, and information models for systems such as Component Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Portals, and knowledge graph-based applications.
Lead and moderate customer workshops to assess needs and define solutions.
Utilize agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements: A degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in knowledge and information management, ideally with a background in consulting for technical communication.
Strong analytical thinking, understanding of complex IT and system architectures, presentation skills, process-oriented thinking, workshop facilitation, and project management experience.
Proficiency in XML (required), basic scripting and programming skills (preferred), and familiarity with W3 C standards.
Experience in mechanical engineering and plant construction (preferred).
Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, assertive, persuasive, active listener, effective team leader, and customer-focused.
