What You'll Do As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance.
You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture to leverage the digital potential of our customers using tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
You will be responsible for specific parts of the project, evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations.
You'll develop innovative projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods in strategic IT implementation.
You will also help guide junior team members, assist with project proposals, client care, and identify new business opportunities.
What You'll Bring * 6 - 10 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management * Prior IT consulting experience or similar roles focused on technology and digital initiatives * A strategic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills * Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Solution & Enterprise Architecture; IT Modernisation Cyber Security Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms Physical & Digital Channels (Including Mobile) ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms Banking & Insurance Platforms DevOps & Bimodal IT * Experience in legacy environments and modern technology approaches * Track record of Agile consulting and advisory * Strong business acumen and ability to frame complex problems * A University degree in a STEM related field or business management * Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory Who You'll Work With * BCG Managing Directors and Partners (MDP's) * BCG Consultants at all levels * Clients, vendors, partners Additional Info At BCG Platinion, you will have the opportunity to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.
The amount of travel will depend on client needs and the nature of projects.
