Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients. Understand and address the needs and requirements of clients. Build and sustain long-term professional relationships to create a mutually beneficial environment. Prevent client attrition and implement strategies to keep clients loyal. Propose and execute solutions to client challenges within established timelines. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold trust. Identify high-value clients and strategize ways to build and nurture these relationships. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and generate additional sales. Prepare and present regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams. Develop and implement long-term strategies for client retention. Experience Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the ICT market, with experience in the Digital Trust sector preferred.
