We are looking for an Investment Analyst with at least 4 years of experience working in Alternative Investement Funds with proficient level of German.
Analysis of investment opportunities to be studied by AIFM.
Preparation/review of investment documentation to be signed by the fund's Portfolio Manager.
Portfolio Manager of the fund.
Confirmation and settlement of investment transactions of different types: Private Equity, Private Debt, listed asset, digital assets, Real Estate etc.
Review and analysis of the external valuation reports of the different investments.
Structuring of investments.
You will be the person who will lead, among other portfolios, the
monitoring of a Eur 1.4Bn portfolio of debt assets associated with real estate assets located in Austria and Germany.
Coordination with the different fund providers (brokers, custodians, accountants, external management companies, etc.)
Client relations: management of the relationship with investors and promoters of the investment funds assigned to the candidate.
Review/preparation of commercial presentations, fund factsheets, and any other marketing materials prepared for the different investment funds.
Structuring of investment funds: preparation of proposals for the creation of suitable investment vehicles that meet the client's needs. Study of alternative structures and potential providers.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and attend AIFM's boards of directors.
