As a CO+I DIAT, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

#COICareersResponsibilities Safety PracticesRun daily safety topic huddles.Manage and coordinate any escalated task risks and reported issues.Train employees in safe and effective rack moving.Ensure team is compliant with heavy-lifting equipment requirements.Lead by example of all safety standards.Tactical Shift ManagementPrioritize and assign ticketed work to Data Center Inventory and Asset Technicians on team.Leverage process knowledge and technical skills to resolve escalations (or further escalate if needed), clear blocking issues, and may enable on site and/or remote data center support activities.Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.Inbound and Outbound LogisticsProvide technical support and task specific guidance to a team of technicians responsible for preparing and executing incoming/outgoing deliveries and documenting inbound/outbound packages (e.G.
purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities).Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.Schedule inbound and outbound logistics of both internal and external services.Communicate directly with customers in regard to scheduling both inbound and outbound deliveries.Coordinate with external stakeholders including third-party warehouses, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors, and suppliers as necessary to facilitate inbound and outbound deliveries.Deal with escalated situations related to inbound and outbound logistics.Customer ServiceMaintain a strong focus to optimize resources and improve quality.Articulate the impact of work performed within the Data Center to technicians
