Your main role is to ensure the reliability of the accounting of several group entities. Reporting to the Head of Finance based in Paris, you will have one junior accounting intern under your supervision.Accounting management and reporting:Ensure the accuracy, exhaustiveness, and adequate analytical allocation of the daily accounting operations of two subsidiaries based in Spain.Produce the monthly financial P/L reporting of non-French subsidiaries.Coordinate with the teams on the collection, processing, and recording of supplier invoices and ensure their analytical allocations.Issue the monthly intercompany billing.Control the collection and guarantee the transmission of documents from our companies based in Italy and Poland to our local accounting experts.Verify expense reports incurred by the employees of two Spanish subsidiaries.Formalize and improve the company's processes.Guarantee the year-end landing reliability of the financial statements.Fiscal and social management:Ensure compliance with tax obligations in Spain in conjunction with our external financial advisors: IVA, IS, IRPF, IBI, etc.Participation in tax returns for Spanish, Italian, and Polish citizens in connection with the external financial advisors.Follow-up of tax and social obligations.WCR and bank monitoring:You are in charge of monitoring supplier payments.Optimize working capital needs and anticipation of cash flow.Ensure the bank reconciliation of non-French subsidiaries.Management control / Administrative follow-up:Manage the relation with external auditors.Manage the monthly billing of non-French real estate agencies.Other missions with a focus on management and/or administrative control will be added to these to assist the team as required.Your profile:Accounting / business management / finance background.Experience in an accounting firm or in business within a corporate finance/accounting role is required (3 years experience).Mastery of Excel, experience with one or more accounting software packages is essential.Rigorous and meticulous.Autonomous and organized
