Senior Internal Auditor

At Robert Walters, we are working closely with a leading logistics multinational company looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to work either at their office in Barcelona or Madrid. If you have at least 4 years in a similar role and are looking for an international role working both in English and Spanish, this could be the role for you.
Tasks: Assisting the Internal Audit Director in executing the company's audit plan and taking a lead role in the day-to-day execution of internal audit.Leading operational/financial audits and other types of project/program reviews to identify and evaluate key operational risks and the effectiveness of related controls.Elaborating audit tests and preparing working papers in accordance with professional IIA standards and internal audit methodology, ensuring proper documentation to support the audit.Partnering with process owners on corrective action activities related to non-compliance and process improvement, promoting the role of Internal Audit as a Strategic Business Partner.Working closely with external auditors.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in audit at a Big4 or industry experience with knowledge of accounting, finance, and internal control areas.Experience in financial and operational internal audit is mandatory.Fluency in Spanish and English (will be working closely with other international branches).The successful candidate will have to travel up to 30% of the time.Looking for an international experience to help succeed in a growing department at a multinational?
