About The Role: Our client, a renowned design practice who are at the forefront of the industry, are looking for a skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Madrid.

Within this role, you will assist the creative efforts of hospitality centred designs from concept through to project delivery and play an active role in the design aesthetic of the practice.
You will be coordinating projects with a variety of clients and external consultants, conceptualizing and pitching exciting new briefs and collaborating with the wider team to deliver forward thinking projects.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain an understanding of the interior industry, current trends and possess strong ideas about how to incorporate this into designs which are both exciting, relevant and timeless Understand the client needs, gather inspiration from various sources to inform design concepts Create design concepts with the help of the team using mood boards, sketches and visualisations that capture the desired look and feel of the space Develop functional spatial layouts through 2D and 3D modelling software to present visual representation to clients Maintain project delivery dates, ensuring works are delivered promptly and to a high quality Develop solutions and provide advice to the wider team Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders Prepare and present creative presentation to clients that show the narrative for concepts in an exciting and forward thinking way Attend site/client meetings and regularly coordinate with external consultants to ensure smooth delivery of projects Lead and manage a team of Junior and Intermediate Designers Collaborate and assist through the full scope of hospitality projects from collaborative conceptual stages to delivery Prepare design specification and have a good understanding of FF&E, space planning, lighting, and plan layouts Key Skills/Requirements: A degree within interiors, interior architecture or architecture is necessary for the role At least 8 years of experience within professional practice Several project experience within hospitality sectors Advanced skills in AutoCAD Experience in Revit, Rhino, Enscape or Sketchup is beneficial Strong demonstration of technical and creative skillset Good interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
