Discover your new role
The Sr. Integration Engineer is responsible for providing technical, administrative and implementations support for one or more Integration Services applications. Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus is on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation, and setup of the application/s are other core responsibilities for this role.
Your Day-to-Day
As a Sr. Integration Engineer , you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:
Primary owner for delivering end-to-end working B2B or B2C solutions as required by project.
Coordinate deliverables between operations, development, architecture and support teams.
Write integration architecture design documents for every project.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements that can be understood by development team.
Write technical mapping specifications for development team.
Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code is conforming to required specifications.
Write support documentation for every project on the implemented solution.
Clarify issues/questions arising out of solutions delivered with the development team.
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering / Computer Science.
Fluent English spoken and written.
Knowledge of EDIFACT/X12/RosettaNet/web services standards desirable.
8 - 10 years of related experience as technical project lead for integration projects.
Ability in designing and documenting B2B/B2C solutions/interfaces.
ERP business processes experience is a must.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering integrations with ERP solutions.
ERP Expertise: Proficiency with any Cloud ERP platform.
Integration Technologies: Strong understanding of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, and similar technologies, along with familiarity with various middleware and integration platforms/frameworks.
Cloud Knowledge: A solid grasp of IAAS, SAAS, PAAS, and experience with both cloud and on-premise services.
Technical Architecture: Proven experience in managing the technical architecture for integrated software systems.
Configuration and Troubleshooting: Experience in configuring and troubleshooting ERP systems.
Functional Requirements: Proficiency in translating functional requirements into technical design documents.
Project Management: Experience in project management, including supporting cost estimates and managing the delivery of functionalities.
Multi-Tiered Service Designs: Experience with complex multi-tiered service designs.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies in the context of ERP and integration projects.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English.
