Will be responsible for the end-to-end protection product lifecycle in Spain & Portugal, support the Distribution team and the other Senior Insurance Product Manager for Spain & Portugal to co-create propositions with prospective clients and enhance products for existing clients, as well as play a key role in business performance steering.Responsabilidades:Lead product design and development with a strong focus on innovation, customer value and risk management.Conduct product testing, including initial validation of the product concept through customer research as well as pre-implementation product testing.Produce detailed product specifications and risk assessments for protection products.Develop and maintain customer-oriented product literature in line with operational processes, system functionality, and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular in-force product reviews with a focus on balancing commercial and customer value.Continuously monitor developments and trends in Spain & Portugal protection markets while maintaining a global focus for best-in-class proposition development.What we are looking for:A qualified actuary and/or a protection product expert, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the L&H protection market in Spain.Experience in the L&H protection market in Portugal is a clear advantage.Deeply knowledgeable about life insurance and experienced in the technical implementation of solutions and products.Client-centric with experience working with external clients/distributors.Fluent in English and Portuguese (with excellent oral and written communication skills) and proficiency in Spanish.Proficient in MS Excel.A team player who is passionate about the success of the business.Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving, and international environment.Able to present complex topics clearly to a variety of stakeholders.Self-motivated and pro-active with an ability to work under pressure.Ventajas:You will work in an international environment, with authority in both Spain and Portugal, excellent conditions with flexible working and an attractive salary package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
