The journey starts here, with you at SITA.As a Senior Instructional Designer in the Passenger Portfolio, you will design, develop, and deliver eLearning and live training to help our customers maximize their use of SITA solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Global Portfolio Training, you will be part of the team responsible for training content in the Passenger Portfolio.What You Will DoCollaborate with product teams to understand product functionalities and user needs.Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, tutorials, user guides, video content, and interactive simulations.Use instructional design methodologies (e.G., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.Deliver training as required by the business.Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of training materials.Deploy and track training programs via Learning Management Systems (LMS).Continuously update content to align with product updates.Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.Stay updated with instructional design trends and e-learning technologies.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an instructional designer, preferably within the tech industry.Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.Technical SkillsE-Learning Tools: Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.LMS: Experience with platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas.Authoring Tools: Knowledge of Rise, Lectora, iSpring.Graphic & Video Editing: Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.HTML/CSS: Familiarity with basic coding for e-learning content customization.SCORM/xAPI: Understanding of e-learning standards for course tracking.Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile environments.Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Trello, Jira, Asana.Prototyping/Wireframing: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.Collaboration Tools: Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack.Preferred SkillsUX/UI design experience for user-friendly learning materials.Knowledge of software development concepts.Multilingual capabilities for a global audience.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.How to ApplySubmit your resume, a portfolio of instructional design work, and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.WHAT WE OFFERAt SITA, we disrupt the status quo by empowering our people to pioneer innovations that touch the lives of billions.
