Driving Innovation for Clients: Collaborate with clients to secure funding for projects focused on sustainability and circular bioeconomy, ensuring alignment with EU strategic priorities.Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality funding proposals, especially in Horizon Europe (Cluster 6), LIFE, and Mission Soil and Ocean, covering all aspects from innovation potential and impact to exploitation strategies.Project Management: Manage and guide EU-funded projects from planning to completion, including stakeholder analysis, business plan creation, and strategy planning for exploitation and replication.Providing High-Level Consulting: Deliver expert consulting to European Institutions, Technology Platforms, Sector Organizations, and large corporations, enhancing their R&D initiatives.Networking & Representation: Represent PNO Innovation at key events, from European info days and brokerage events to scientific conferences, expanding our network and visibility within the EU funding landscape.A typical day could include:
Meeting with a client to discuss a new project in sustainable agriculture.Drafting and reviewing a proposal for a funding opportunity within the Horizon Europe program.Coordinating with partners across Europe on an EU-funded project to ensure milestones are met.Attending an online conference or networking event to stay current with industry developments.We're looking for someone with:
