With around 11,600 employees across 32 countries, we develop, manufacture, and distribute products and solutions for the safeguarding of payment processes, identities, connectivity, and data.Senior Inhouse Consultant / Modeler for Variant Configuration (SAP LO-VC / AVC)Your Responsibilities:Maintain and improve existing variant configuration models across the product lifecycle in the daily run.Support end users and analyze problems in the daily run of your variant configuration models.Document and govern the product data architecture and integration of the variant configuration model into various business processes across systems.Moderate interdisciplinary teams to analyze and align the structure of variant products, sales and technical characteristics and constraints.Contribute to the conceptual design in improvement projects and create design specifications for implementation of the variant configuration model.Support the transformation of existing LO-VC models to AVC in S/4 HANA implementation projects.Integrate product data model solutions within the digital transformation program "Digital Backbone" for the G+D ST+S division.Detail and validate business requirements and document in epics, features and user stories for Agile development.Your Profile:Degree in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, business administration or comparable field of study.7 years of professional experience in consulting and modelling in the area of variant configuration (LO-VC).Experience with SAP AVC is an advantage.Good understanding of major business processes, e.g. sales and operations planning.Willingness to work on designs and implementations around non-SAP systems, supporting their integration to the SAP ECC environment.Experience in transition of complex business processes/requirements into IT language.Self-organized and focused on delivering best-practice solutions and business improvements.High affinity for new technologies.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite.Knowledge of German is a plus.Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation.Readiness for international travel (< 20%).What we offer:Culture and Diversity: Join a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
