.About the roleVoicemod is looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer initiatives and expand our brand's presence through strategic partnerships with content creators. This role involves building, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, with a focus on Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll be instrumental in shaping and executing influencer strategies that support Voicemod's brand objectives and marketing goals.This is an individual contributor role with high impact, where you'll lead end-to-end influencer campaigns — from ideation to execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, strong negotiation skills, and a creative mindset.What you'll doStrategic Influencer Campaigns : Design and execute influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and building relationships with influencers aligned to Voicemod's brand goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support product releases, content initiatives, and co-promotions through influencer partnerships.Relationship Building : Develop and manage a network of content creators and agencies. Handle negotiations, contracts, and maintain a detailed influencer database.Campaign Development & Execution : Lead both paid and organic influencer campaigns; brainstorm campaign concepts, activate campaigns, and ensure they align with overall marketing objectives.Community and Event Insights : Stay ahead of social and community trends, identifying key influencers and opportunities for engagement, especially during events.Performance Analysis : Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to analyze campaign impact, share insights, and apply findings to improve future campaigns.Creative Thinking : Generate innovative ideas to engage and expand Voicemod's influencer ecosystem. Pitch new approaches to increase content creation and brand visibility.Contract Management : Negotiate terms with influencers and agencies, ensuring compliance and value alignment for all partnerships.Content Sourcing & Curation : Manage a library of influencer-generated content and clips to support broader marketing initiatives.What you'll needExperience: 4-6 years in influencer marketing, ideally within tech, gaming, or social media spaces.Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of creator strategies and platform-specific trends.Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build, manage, and maintain partnerships with influencers and agencies.Negotiation & Attention to Detail: Skilled in contract negotiations with agents and influencers, with a sharp eye for detail.Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance and use data to drive strategy adjustments
