You need the skills and determination to engage with various stakeholders to keep projects on track.You\ 'll kick things off by planning initial market and user research to set the stage for each project\ 's briefing. Leading qualitative interviews and creative sessions with the team, you\ 'll turn research insights into stunning, user-centered design solutions that hit all the right notes—user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.You should be able to see the big picture and help define the best workflow for each project.Design innovative and manufacturable products using sketches, high-quality renderings (Keyshot & Adobe Photoshop), presentations, advanced Creo modeling, and technical drawings.Collaborate with the R&D team to brainstorm, document, design, and develop new product concepts.Create detailed design specs and functional documentation for the Product Engineering team.Know your materials and production processes inside out, and have a solid understanding of quality control and other manufacturing techniques.You\ 'll be presenting project progress to management, so top-notch communication skills are a must, both in English and Spanish.Always incorporate sustainability and circularity strategies to minimize the environmental impact of your designs.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEBachelor\ 's or Master\'s degree in Industrial/Product Design.10+ years of experience in product design/development; experience with consulting agencies and international brands is a plus.5+ years in user research projects.Expert level in Solidworks.Fluent in Spanish and English.Live, breathe, and love design. You know the trends and want to set them.Experience in rendering and creating client-oriented presentations.Able to effectively present, defend, and sell concepts.Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
