We design, improve, build and maintain software solutions for the Chief Security Officer (CSO) organization of Swiss Re. We are an agile organization with the mission to provide reliable security services and outstanding user experiences to our clients within the Swiss Re group, as well as to our B2B customers.
About the Role
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join the Security Solutions product area. This role contributes to improving the cyber security of Swiss Re's operating environment, and to accelerating its digital transformation. It focuses on modernizing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system landscape, extending it into multiple cloud environments, and integrating new IAM use cases.
Main Duties: Assess the severity of access management related events or of IAM gaps in our digital ecosystem.Define concepts or design new solutions together with other IAM/security specialists to address them in a secure and compliant way.Collect, propose, discuss and promote requirements for future IAM service improvements needed for our ongoing digital transformation.Support our Digital Solutions divisions to develop user-friendly Customer-IAM capabilities (CIAM).Maintain our IAM Standards and refine them to cover new requirements and evolving business needs.
