- Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical)Good knowledge on HV EquipmentFrom 4 to 8 years of professional experience in construction and management of substations > 132 kV;Fluent in English.High analytical and communication skillsSelf-motivated, with strong initiative and creative thinkingAbility to read/write clear and comprehensive technical documentationAbility to work individually and as a team.Activities The HV Project Manager will be supporting the EPC Team during pre-construction and construction stage in all technical matters related to preliminary project design, evaluation and selection of main equipment and evaluation of EPC/BOS proposals.During the construction stage, he/she will support the Engineering Manager in the review of the engineering package prepared by EPC/BOS contractors and main equipment suppliers.Reviewing technical documentation from suppliers/advisorsEnsuring that products meet TotalEnergies technical specifications and applicable standardsAnalyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve themPreparing technical documentation for Request for Proposals (RfP), tenders and contractsEvaluating technical proposalsKeeping all project documentation well-structured and classifiedCost evaluation and comparison of commercial proposalsTechnology assessment, market R&D, cost optimization and sensitivity analysisCoordination and supervision of construction process with external parties (EPC Contractors, Owner's Engineers, Advisors)Context & Environment TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects in the Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in JVs.
