Then check this job out!Our client is a multinational that provides industrial gases across a wide range of industries from food and beverage to medical, energy, and transportation.They are currently looking for a Senior HRBP who would contribute to supporting the designated Business Unit to align business objectives with employees and management.
The role will require building partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
It is also expected that the HRBP has a good knowledge of the Spanish labor law framework to support and provide necessary advice when needed.
The HRBP will act as a liaison within the HR team to review, discuss, and support regulatory requirements.Responsabilidades PrincipalesParticipate in the strategic planning and vision with the Management Teams, providing support to the businesses with strategic vision.Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.Mentor and coach leadership team on employee relations issues and provide guidance consistent with company policies, procedures, and practices and industry best practices.Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans of the company.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with legal advisors as needed/required.Experiencia/HabilidadesAt least 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience.Master's in human resources management or other specialisms within the HR spectrum is an asset.Experience in the Chemistry / Pharmaceutical sector will be a big plus.Previous experience leading and implementing HR Projects.Experience partnering with business leaders in a highly complex and dynamic business setting is required.Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English, including the capability of providing direction and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.Good leadership skill set with experience of people management.Ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and further development of skills.Business acumen and insight.Confidentiality and personal integrity are key characteristics.¿Qué se ofrece?Competitive salary + yearly bonus.Permanent contract.Health insurance.Life insurance.Pension plan.Flexible remuneration.Flexible working hours.Hybrid working model (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)
