The Senior HRBP supporting Iberia will be responsible for leading our HR mission: We want our passionate and uplifting community of Forkies to thrive in their careers and lives. Through engaging and empowering strategies and initiatives, we aim to ensure our Forkies have the resources and support needed to grow alongside The Fork's business. Responsibilities You will be responsible for overseeing all the HRBP activities for Iberia (Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona offices) with a special focus on the Global Operations area. Your main stakeholders will be our COO and her direct reports at the Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub. Your main focus will be to nurture robust partnerships with your internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork. You will set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community. You will proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives. You will be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus. You will be supporting leaders and their teams in the ongoing work needed to foster ED&I at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague, being able to identify and address non-inclusive behaviors and assess for bias in hiring, promotion, performance, and compensation. You will be closely collaborating with the HR Service Delivery team supporting Iberia to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case. You will be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, such as Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement, and to set up follow-up actions (Engagement action plans, Promotions, retention plans, among others). You will be using HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations. You will be leading specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan, Flexible Working policy, etc. Profile and Skills Required The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years. Having a strong HR foundation and a consultative approach, as well as the curiosity to understand the business objectives, how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them is an important asset to this role, in addition to the following: Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach. Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. Have a facilitative approach that allows you to serve effectively as an HR role model. Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments will be highly valued but is not a requirement. Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
