Then join us and become the People Applications Expert for AZ Technology's Global People & Culture Function.
Reporting into the Head of Global People Operations & IT, you will be the expert on global HR systems and related processes for the AZ Technology People & Culture Function globally,managing run/change for over 20 countries, and ultimately overseeing the entire HRIT landscape.
Additionally, you will help ensure new or downstream applications are integrated efficiently and compliantly, as well as that all applications in our HRIT landscape are compliant.
You will also play a key role in the global network of People & Culture professionals, helping our local entities and global product houses alike get the most out of our systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the People Applications landscape and ensure good documentation practices are maintained.Oversee the rollout of new/add-on technologies and represent Allianz Technology's interests in Allianz's global communities of practice.Manage the interface to both the global technical and functional teams from Allianz Group, ensuring alignment on our own business requirements as well as global changes.Consult with the wider People Function (and potentially other stakeholders) to collect improvement ideas and determine business requirements; translating these into technical requirements to initiate change projects.Identify opportunities for innovation within HR processes and technology.Manage ad hoc requests from the business for systems support.Lead and/or support relevant global (IT) projects in the field of People applications & systems, and up/downstream implications.Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) in accordance with DORA/Allianz Technology IAM standards.Work as an integral member of the global People Operations & IT Team.Requirements/ExperienceGood knowledge of ITIL.Experience with (cloud) integrations and ensuring seamless interoperability between HR systems and other applications.Proficiency with HR software and platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors (other applications such as SAP HCM, or payroll solutions are a bonus).Understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.G., payroll, benefits administration, talent, recruiting).Ability to do basic programming in SharePoint, PowerBI or other common business applications a bonus.Minimum 5 years corporate business experience, preferably in HR/People function.Knowledge of HR IT relevant regulations & their implications (e.G.
GDPR, DORA).Experience with RBP/access management models and other security measures to protect sensitive data.Experience in managing IT change projects.Experience in an international and agile working environment
