As a scale-up company with offices across Europe, we are looking for a strong HR professional, a team player, if you enjoy building from scratch and excited about owning super interesting challenges, while being part of a top-notch global HR team, this is a great work environment for you.Your MissionAs Senior HR Operations Manager, you will be focused on building our labour & compliance capabilities across our global entities. Working closely with our Legal & HR departments, you will get the opportunity to design and own essential processes related to Labour law playbooks per country, employment contracts, global compliance & labour law partnerships; You will act as a consultant on those topics to the HR team, while educating the team members and building their best practices and knowledge on those topics, as well as being a key driver in ensuring labour & compliance in the day-to-day running of HR operations. You will report to our Director of HR Operations.TasksThis is what you will do :Lead our HR Operations labour & compliance activity while ensuring labour legal compliance in the day-to-day running of the department.Provide guidance and advice on labour law generic questions raised by various levels of internal stakeholders (based in all locations where byrd is operating).Work closely with HR & Legal teams in the creation of labour law playbooks that are specific to each of our entities (creation of employment agreement's template per jurisdiction, termination process per jurisdiction, etc).Conduct global labour law audits at regular intervals & create action plans to address their findings.Own byrd's employment document review process. You will lead the charge to augment our contracts, bonus agreements & other vital documents, ensuring their accuracy & compliance with applicable laws.Be the first point of contact with our external law firms for matters where external assistance is required; Manage external law firms; Negotiate law firms fees; Manage the provided budget.Coordinate labour legal matters with our Legal Dept on a weekly basis.RequirementsYou have the following skills & abilities :HR and or Legal Qualification (Bachelor/Masters degree).At least three years of experience working with labour law across Europe
