HR Manager
Multinational Company leader in FMCG is looking for a driven and experienced HR Manager - Barcelona. Reporting to the Country HR Director, you will be the HR Business Partner for the Office Leadership Team. We're looking for people who aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.
What You Will Do Member of the local management team, ensuring professional HR support in all operational HR questions related to organizational and people development, change management, and performance management.
Support the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the development activities, organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation, and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues.
Ensure that you perform at your best and are seen as a trustworthy partner for managers and employees.
Support Line Managers with the use of HR processes and tools to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans, performance management, career management, development of teams etc.
Support with the implementation of new Operational Excellence programs, with an eye for the impact on cultural change within the organization, capable of translating changes into practice.
Co-operate with Talent Acquisition Team in the support to Line Managers during the recruitment process.
Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of HR policies, programs, and practices.
Advise on labor law, collective agreement, and policy-related issues concerning employees to ensure company compliance.
Act as contact person for local trade unions and works council.
Responsible for the employee onboarding program, process, activities, and follow up.
Who You Are Bachelor or Master degree (within the HR area).
5-10 years of experience working as HR Manager.
Experience working in an international (matrix) FMCG organization.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
A relationship-builder on all levels (managers and employees).
A team player but also able to work independently and make decisions.
Driven and not afraid to challenge and speak up.
Used to working under pressure and able to keep the overview and set priorities.
Experienced in union negotiations and able to build fruitful relations with unions.
