Utilize HR processes and tools while working closely with business, to attract, develop, engage and retain key talents. Lead HR country team to ensure cohesive teamwork, communication and top level partnership across all supported business lines.What this job involves:Transforming HR strategy into daily operational support for business:Ensuring day-to-day operational HR support for business, including: Organisation Design & Development – identify and implement beneficial changes to the organisation in line with future requirements.Talent Management - support key stakeholders to review skills and prepare succession plans. Ensure identifying and securing talents within business units.Resourcing - work with key stakeholders to develop strategic staffing plans that effectively optimize talent platform, address performance gaps and develop leadership potential.Learning & Development – support managers in gaps identification and development needs, addressing performance needs and cooperation with L&D teams in delivering L&D programs to assigned business units.Reward & Recognition Strategy – support and implement in assigned business units, as well as ensure understanding and proper communication to build employee commitment to the organisation.Desired skills and experience for this job:Experience working in a complex, multinational environment.Ability to build partnerships at all levels and influence senior management.Demonstrate a high level of business acumen that links the HR strategy to the business strategy and commercial aspects.A broad understanding of the prevailing macro-economic conditions and employment markets including labour law knowledge in the countries within your cluster.Demonstrated experience as a dynamic HR Leader with strong people management, relationship building, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead, coach and advise leadership to empower employees and build high-performing teams.Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a risk and compliance mindset.Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen.Deep project and change management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent and enable the business to manage through change.Aprox. 10 years of experience in similar roles.Deep knowledge of legislation and Spanish governance.Spanish and English fluent.What you can expect from us:We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.
