And of course - culture, performance and talent management are part of our portfolio as well.In this role, you'll partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer as well as Chief Operations Officer to develop and deliver comprehensive programs for all workforce in Operations teams of Rohlik Group.Your responsibilitiesYou will take ownership of establishing a staffing pipeline, creating Compensation & Benefits schemes and implementing learning & development experiences that help our people to acquire new skills and progress in the career ladder. You will partner with country Operations and People & Culture teams in making sure that all activities are implemented, measured and have real impact on business.Build staffing pipelines for Fulfilment Centres and Couriers in all our countries. Ensure staffing pipelines fulfil capacity requirements of each country and allow flexibility for high and low season planning.Establish preferred suppliers of FC workers within EU and manage the supplier relationship on a Group-wide scale.Harmonise onboarding and functional training for Operations across all countries.Design and deliver scalable on- and off-the-job learning solutions that align with the Group business priorities and growth plans.Implement robust processes for performance and talent management, as well as succession planning for Operations positions.Optimise compensation & benefits elements of our reward system.Your experience5+ years experience of supporting a large Operations community in an international and multi-country environment, preferably in retail, logistics or production field.Strong project management skills, ability to start from scratch and deliver a scalable solution.Hands-on experience with workforce planning.Excellent stakeholder management skills; you'll need to manage sideways and up as you will be partnering with many functions.Proven delivery in a fast-changing environment, experience in a growing business is a big plus.Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.Rohlik is the leading Central European e-grocer.Making customers happy in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and Germany.What we offerPersonal growth.Real impact and meaningful work.Work freedom.Unpaid premium membership.Great team.Our goal in life is to make other peoples' lives better.
