Job Mision ??The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of the assigned Business Units, by providing strategic HR expertise and operational excellence.
This position will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.??Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership:?Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders to understand the business strategy needs of the Business Units.?Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.?Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR solutions that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.?Work with the leaders and employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement to ensure business goals.?Support activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.? HR Operations:?Oversee HR operations for the Air Business Unit, Special Care Business Unit & Business Excellence and Customer Engagement area including compensation and benefits, employee data management, and HR reporting.?Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.?Manage HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.?Lead and manage offboarding processes, such as exit interviews, feedback collection, and termination procedures; with a focus on continuous improvement and retention insights.??Qualifications and Skills? Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.?Proven experience (5 years or more) as an HR Business Partner in a complex, multinational organization.?Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.?In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
?Strong project management and organizational skills.?Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics like SuccessFactors.?Availability to travel regularly within Spain (and occasionally abroad).?Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).?
