Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior HR and Payroll Specialist: Work as part of the payroll teamReport to the Senior Payroll specialists in FranceScalable scope of 1,500 to 2,000 payrollsResponsible for the entire payroll process, from collection of variable data to the social declarations as well as the administrative aspects of social management from the employee's entry and exitKeep a regulatory and legal watch on payrollPrepare and draw up monthly payrollsCheck advance payments and variable elementsCheck payrolls in compliance with legislationCheck internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managersControl internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managersProvide advice and assistance to answer questions from employeesAssist, where necessary, with the correction of anomalies in declarations. Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak French and English fluentlyYou have a degree in Payroll/AccountingYou have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management or in a similar role (in an agency or company)You are familiar with the basics of employment law and have a good command of payroll techniquesYou are familiar with ADP Decidium software and have a very good command of IT and digital tools.
