Planta 8 | Madrid, 28046.Responsibilities Search for new hotel assignments in the country by establishing relationships with key market leaders and private hoteliers.Prepare appropriate financial projections for review using both proprietary models and/or Excel spreadsheets. Conduct investment analysis for hotel properties utilizing various methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow, Direct Capitalization, Room Revenue Multiplier and Sales Comparison approaches.Participate in and lead pitching processes, using knowledge of market trends/conditions and of CBRE's competitors, to identify and communicate the firm's unique selling propositions and differentiators.Conduct field visits of properties and submarkets.During the course of an asset sale process, organize and facilitate the distribution of specific due diligence materials to potential buyers.Gather and interpret appropriate research data, financial reports, third-party studies and other due diligence materials in accordance with project requirements.In conjunction with the director, produce well-written and persuasive sections of proposal documents and marketing materials, being expected to produce whole or large parts of a report to a high standard.Present preliminary information about hotel opportunities to potential buyers and answer basic questions about due diligence materials.Maintain appropriate contact with clients including the preparation of regular reporting documents during marketing efforts
