Our Senior Health Safety Specialist position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.How you will make an impact:Coordinate health and safety (HS) activities in EMEACLA Region (including offices, field and other activities) with the primary goal of driving results in HS regulatory compliance, standards including ISO 45001, injury prevention, HS risk management.Drive HS regulatory compliance system to control compliance of applicable legislations.Coordinate HS hazards identification of all activities withing the region, support risk assessment and relevant control measure identification and support their execution.Support country implementation of applicable Edwards Lifesciences HS Standards and Regional HS Programs.Drive incident reporting, investigation, improvement, and HS Performance.Provide guidance in Health Safety Management based on ISO 45001 Standard and support continuous improvement.Contribute to regional and global standard development and improvement.What you'll need:Bachelor's Degree (e.g.
Engineering, Scientific, or HS related) 4+ years of EHS related experince required.Proficiency in English is a must.Substantial understanding and knowledge of ISO and other relevant regulations.NEBOSH or other equivalent certifications is a plus.Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and leadership skills ability to influence change.
