Something Extraordinary Every Day As Senior Customer Knowledge & Insights Manager, you will own customer reporting, insight, and data storytelling. With a strong focus on retention, footfall, and SPV, you will drive a new approach to how we bring to life insights at both Spanish Villages.
What you will be doing: Set up a new centre of excellence in knowledge, insight, data & analysis Own & drive the insight strategy and execution Responsible for developing reporting on the key metrics that drive the business with a focus on the 'what', 'so what' and 'now what' Explore innovative opportunities within knowledge, insight, and data Partner with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to implement, test, and iterate insight-led Membership What makes you special: Every colleague is an entrepreneur at heart, which drives our organisational culture that values invention, innovation, and risk-taking. Experience using data and BI tools such as PowerBI as well as substantial experience with Microsoft Excel Experience leading an insights function within retail and/or a luxury brand environment Ability to strategically set priorities and deliver success against key metrics A healthy mix of creative and analytical thinking Why we're exceptional: The key to our success is the quality and commitment of our people.
