The team has a mix of experience levels, including a staff member, one level three, and three-level two employees.Methodologies: We value autonomy, quick learning, and strong relationship building with partners and stakeholders. You'll need to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders' preferences.Challenges: You'll work with data that is not always well-modeled or readily available, requiring creative problem-solving and the ability to work with raw data. Experience in fintech or B2B is preferred.Mastery: You excel at root cause analysis, impact measurement, and providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.You have a strong Business Sense, you can challenge and define the business Value of a project and have the ability to leverage it to inform analysis and recommendations.Strong relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders.You've got a strong experience in building interactive dashboards and selecting the right type of visualization to convey the message behind the data. You understand user interface and user experience principles to create dashboards that are easy to use, accessible to various stakeholders, and most importantly, actionable.You're not afraid of learning new tools if they serve your goal.
