.Ahead of what we anticipate will be another brilliant summer in Ibiza and for Ibiza Rocks Group, we are looking to appoint a highly organised and creative Senior Group Event Production Manager to join our management team in Ibiza to oversee the planning, coordination, and the technical delivery of high-profile events across the group's venues of Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Pikes Ibiza & 528 Ibiza.This role will lead a team, manage complex logistics, and ensure events are executed flawlessly, meeting and exceeding both customer and organisational expectations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for events and how these are delivered from a technical perspective, with a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.ResponsibilitiesEvent Technical ProductionLead the complete event production operation for all Ibiza Rocks Group Events across the 3 venues of Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Pikes Ibiza & 528 Ibiza.Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring quality and efficiency.Coordinate all audiovisual, lighting, staging, and other technical requirementsSuccessfully troubleshoot any technical issues during event(s).Event Creative ProductionProvide input on event themes, designs, and concepts to enhance audience engagement; then ensure they are brought to life across all events and venues (Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Pikes Ibiza & 528 Ibiza).Introduce the latest production techniques and technologies to each venue to enhance audience engagementEnsure the event(s) aligns with branding and messaging guidelines as directed by the Marketing & Programming TeamsPeople/Team/CommunicationRecruit, lead, engage, motivate and performance manage the event Production team to deliver a high performanceWorking with the Group Event Production Consultant to establish a robust production structure and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right timeDevelop and manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows; assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure clear communication among team members.Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations with both the Production Team and if required, the wider venue teams(s)Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to align event goals with organisational objectives.Quality Assurance and EvaluationEnsure adherence to brand standards and event quality benchmarks.Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, including budget performance and attendee feedback.Risk Management and Compliance:Ensure FULL compliance with all required legal, health, and safety regulations.Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address on-site issues promptlyTalent/ArtistsWorking in conjunction with the Event Delivery Team(s) to ensure the artist experience is an excellent one
