To support our efforts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and an elevated aesthetic, capable of bringing brands to life across both print and digital media. Work closely with the Director of Design to lead branding and marketing projects from concept through execution. Oversee all phases of the creative process, from initial ideation to final delivery, ensuring cohesive, impactful design solutions that meet (and exceed!) client objectives. Partner closely with creative support specialists, such as project managers, strategists, and copywriters, to develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms, including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts. Adhere to, and in some cases improve, style standards based on client style guides and/or branding. Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings as needed. Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials. Skills Passion for design and creative problem solving. An excellent eye for typography, photography, and layout design. Ability to work within a team, and function independently, on multiple projects with tight deadlines. A broad range of design skills appropriate for e-commerce and digital marketing platforms. Photo editing and retouching skills required. Video editing skills are a plus. Illustration skills are a plus. Web development experience is a plus. Ability to think and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and incorporating feedback. Strong motivation, decisiveness, efficiency, and dedication. Excellent organizational skills. Highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Requirements Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years of brand or agency design experience. Online portfolio and samples of work must be provided. Proficiency with Figma. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Understanding of branding, typography, and social media. Native/Fluent in English. Native/Fluent in Spanish (a big plus).
