We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.About the roleThis year has introduced a range of creative challenges that are fostering growth and innovation within our design teams.We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in digital and POS/Retail campaigns and fluent English proficiency to join one of these dynamic teams.In this role, you will serve as the Lead Designer for one of the world's leading FMCG brands. You will be responsible for supporting the client's global communication strategies across both online and offline channels while supervising a small team of talented designers.As part of the conceptualization process, you will need to deeply understand the brand identity and propose fresh, innovative visual ideas that effectively convey the brand's messages, values, and personality.This position is based at our headquarters in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team SupervisionLead and supervise a small team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Ensure the creative team is creating content with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility.Creative Strategy and ExecutionSupport the client's global communication efforts by developing compelling visual content for various channels.Participate in the conceptualization process, deeply understanding the brand identity, and proposing fresh, innovative visual ideas that align with the brand's messages, values, and personality.Develop and implement original concepts and key visuals in alignment with established brand voice and tone, while collaborating with mid- and junior-level creatives throughout the entire design process from concept to execution.Create and present concepts for client campaigns and new business that meet strategic and business goals.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.Minimum Requirements:+5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and POS/Retail campaigns.Prior experience leading and supervising a team of designers (highly desirable).A thorough knowledge of key features within Adobe Cloud.Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications
