We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Design team within the Graphics Department — someone who can bring stories to life through visuals, enhance our brand, and design work that connects with our audience.
You will work with a dynamic and international team to develop and execute creative strategies, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while driving innovative design solutions.
Your main Tasks:Brand Development & Management:Define and design cohesive brand guidelines, in close alignment with senior management.Monitor and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects.Create assets that reflect and enhance the company's brand identity across all platforms.Creative Leadership:Conceptualise and execute high-quality designs for our shops, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.Mentor and guide designers to foster creativity and skill growth within the team.Strategic Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals.Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual alignment with our business goals.Project Management:Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining flexibility in a demanding environment.Set up goals, provide updates, and receive and implement feedback.Design Execution:Produce graphics for onsite, campaigns, and presentations.Innovate with emerging design tools, techniques, and trends to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.Quality Control:Conduct reviews of all creative assets to ensure they meet the brand standards and project goals.Ensure all designs are optimised for user-experience and accessibility where applicable.
