Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 plus overtime and vehicle

About the RoleThe successful applicant will join our glazing team as a Senior Glazier. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in leadership, possesses accurate site measuring skills, and enjoys upskilling the existing team. This role requires someone who can effectively lead and develop our team, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement. A vehicle will be provided, along with an attractive wage based on experience, which is above award rates.

When unsupervised, the applicant must be able to maintain existing job timelines with an eye for detail, accuracy, and neatness. A passion for empowering and upskilling apprentices is essential.
Maintain a neat working area at all times, as this is a basic housekeeping safety rule.
