Your future responsibilities and scope: Be a team player, mentor your peers to help them grow, feedback them, write understandable code.
Implement and maintain systems to sustain the scale of the game.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Clean and refactor code when needed.
Challenge systems that would need to be reworked and suggest new design for them.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features and improve existing ones.
The profile we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in game development, with solid background in architecting systems.
Understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX.
Have a sense of Game Making and be passionate about it.
Proficiency in Unity and Tooling.
Have a strong experience in game programming patterns (MVC, State Machine, Command, …).
Flexible, autonomous, proactive, and accountable for their tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
Experience in creating generic modules.
Previous experience working on a casual/AAA mobile game that scaled is a plus.
