Role You will own every aspect of the game's design: core, meta, monetizationIt is a generalist role for an experienced game designer, unafraid to touch any aspect of the game: from systems to content to economy to UXYou will be responsible for the roadmap of one game, at least three versions ahead. We release every 3 weeks, and do not compromise delivery timesBased on the roadmap, you will need to scope the features and present them to the development team using the necessary tools for this, written and visualYou will need to make sure the features are delivered according to your specs, without compromising deadlines and making necessary adjustments on the go. Profile 5+ years as a game designer on top free to play Live Games (mobile or PC)3+ years creating content in Unity (levels, balancing, prototyping of any kind)2+ years of feature ownership experience in a fast development cycle 1+ years of prioritizing by business needExperienced in working remotely Accomplished and analyzed at least 50 AB tests as a game designerMinimum B2 level of written and spoken EnglishDeeply engaged player of at least 5 top-grossing mobile free-to-play gamesAvailable in the Central European Time Zone (CET +/-2h) Benefits: competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside.
