Are you ready to design the next generation of virtual games? At Algoritcom, we are at the forefront of developing virtual spaces and interactive games.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Designer to join our creative team and lead the design of new and exciting games.
What Will You Do? Create and define game mechanics, rules, objectives, and scoring structures.Develop the narrative, characters, and worlds of the game, working closely with the art and development teams.Prototype game ideas and conduct iterative testing to ensure playability and user engagement.Analyze market trends to ensure our games meet user expectations and remain competitive.Solve design problems and adjust gameplay based on feedback from user testing and data analysis.What Are We Looking For? Degree in Game Design, Multimedia Art, or a related field.Proven experience of more than 3 years in game design, ideally in mobile or online games.Strong creative ability and a passion for video games.Solid knowledge in design and prototyping software such as Unity or Unreal Engine.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.Experience using game analytics tools.Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure.What Do We Offer?
