You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on UBoat Attack and Walkers AttackRoleContinuously analyze in-game data to identify opportunities for optimizing game economies, enhancing player retention, and increasing revenue streams;Develop strategies to balance in-game economies, ensuring a fair and engaging experience for players;Work closely with Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to align economic strategies with game design goals and player engagement metrics;Provide insights and recommendations to the design team to improve monetization strategies and game balance;Design A/B tests to experiment with different economic models and features, analyzing results to implement the most effective solutions;Monitor test performance and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights;Create and maintain models of in-game economies, considering player progression, currency flow, and reward systems;Ensure that game economy models are scalable and adaptable to new game features or changes in player behavior;Regularly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including the General Manager and Game Designers, to drive informed decision-making;Provide clear and concise reports on economic performance, player behavior trends, and monetization insights;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies in midcore games to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation;Apply industry best practices and learnings to enhance game economies and player experiences.Profile5+ years of experience as a Game Designer, including 2+ years as a Game Economy Designer;Experience working on midcore mobile games and f2p, experience creating economy and monetization loops, and maintaining their balancing;Strong mathematical or economic background a plus; basic mathematical background a must;Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal;Entrepreneurial mindset essential;Bullet-point style communication, including verbal.
