Position Overview:As a Senior Futures and Options Broker, you will play a vital role in bringing a new set of clients, facilitating trades and providing expert guidance in Rates Futures and Options markets. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and customer management skills to develop BGC's footprint. The role can be based in Madrid (Spain), Paris (France) or London (UK).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue, trade ideas and execution services to clients in futures and options markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
Monitor market trends and economic indicators and identify trading opportunities.
Collaborate with research analysts and other team members.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all financial rules and regulations as well as ethics in day to day operations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English required, Spanish or French bonus.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, Series 7) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in futures and options trading, with a proven track record.
Quantitative skills, and data visualization experience valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
High level of accuracy in executing trades.
