You would join our Carriers & Drivers department and can be based out of our office locations in Berlin, Barcelona or Madrid. For those already in Spain, we also offer this role remotely from Spain. ABOUT THE ROLEThe Asset Planning team at sennder is developing a logistics platform aimed at efficiently managing and scheduling assets such as trucks, trailers, and drivers. Our goal is to create an integrated system that not only supports dynamic asset management but also optimizes routes and networks to balance cost reduction with revenue maximization, all while collaborating closely with AI teams to enhance decision-making processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …Develop and Innovate: Participate in the development of new solutions within our team's scope. You'll brainstorm new ideas, solve complex problems, and transform them into actionable designs.Ownership and Leadership: Take ownership of the team's components and libraries, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness. You will lead architectural designs and guide mid-sized projects from inception to completion.Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Work alongside talented and experienced engineers within an empowered, autonomous, and agile team environment. You'll create documentation and enhance test automation to maintain the high quality of our products.Architectural Growth: Actively participate in the development of a robust event-driven microservice architecture and micro-frontend framework.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to design and plan features that are ready for launch, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.Community Engagement and Mentorship: Be an active participant in both backend and frontend developer communities within the company.
