Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
CounterCraft is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Development team as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
CounterCraft is the leading adversary-generated cyber security threat intelligence solution powered by deception techniques.
You will be in charge of maintaining, designing and developing The Platform.
Job Brief
We are looking for a talented full-stack software engineer who has a passion to work with cutting-edge technologies to help us continue to develop and evolve our platform in line with market demand and trends.
As a member of the engineering team, you will work closely with other engineering team members to create and maintain tools to evolve The Platform and with other stakeholders such as the product manager and the operations team.
CounterCraft is based out of our offices in San Sebastian, located in Miramon's tech hub. This role may be located within commuting distance from our head office or as a remote working role in Spain.
What will be your responsibilities?
Develop and maintain CounterCraft's deception product
Participate in product design (e.g. new features and improvements)
Maintain CI pipeline and test suite
Assist the operations team in debugging errors in production
What skills and knowledge you will bring: Required skills and experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
In-depth understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
Expertise in Python and TypeScript
Experience in Golang is valued although not mandatory
Proficiency in using containerization technologies
Experience dealing with large codebases
Knowledge in the complete software development life cycle with the objective of obtaining a high quality product from the design phase to production deployment

Location: Remote or Office based if within commuting distance of Head Office in San Sebastian.
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required based on business demand.
Salary range: Base salary and variable bonus according to experience and subject to review annually.
Position to be incorporated to the parent company in Spain.
