ISAGRI is a Leader in Europe, with subsidiaries also in Canada and China, we have the ambition to be the world number 1 in computing for the agricultural, livestock and wine sector. At Isagri we´re developing different software with the aim of helping farmers, breeders and wineries to manage and improve their activity. Our vision is to make agriculture, breeding and winery more efficient, profitable, and sustainable with data-driven farming. One of our software is WineGest, a SaaS ERP for the administrative and commercial management of wineries (orders, delivery notes, billing, administrative requirements) to ensure that both a person and an entire team work comfortably in the control of manufacturing, commercial management and activity sales. We have worked full-remote since 2014 and we are advocates of the well-done remote work, which is quite different from the rushed-by-covid remote work that most companies did. For us, doing it well means having the right communication tools, ensuring that everything happens online, feeling the human proximity despite the distance (with different types of online social activities within working hours), etc. We are so passionate about it that the teammates on the team even gave a talk (in Spanish) about it some time ago - the video is on the top of this page. We are seeking a new team member who can contribute to the full stack. How we work: We are 14 people in the engineering team including development, design/UX, QA, product, and a bot named Bender. We release code to production multiple times per day (using our bot). We love pair programming, TDD and we apply SOLID principles. Our backend uses Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, and we implement Hexagonal Architecture. Our frontends use Ember —slowly migrating to React— and React/Redux (webapp), NextJS (WineGest), React Native/Mobx State Tree (mobile app) and SQLite. Our infrastructure uses Docker, K8s, Terraform and Ansible. What you bring: Experience (>3 years) in Python, Django, DjangoREST and/or JS, React, Redux Collaborative person: a humble team player that likes to learn and teach. Fluent in Spanish and good written English. Can't live without testing, ideally TDD. Experience building REST API's.
