Main duties:Be part of the Smart Systems and Smart Manufacturing Unit, within the Research and Development area, with the following task:
R&D projects execution in Industry 4.0.Education:Degree in Industrial Engineering.Industrial Electronics Engineering.Industrial Automatic Engineering.Computer Engineering.Master / PhD / Postdoctoral in the field of Computer Science or Industrial Engineering highly valued.Job specific skills:Previous experience of at least 4 years in R&D.Programming in Python and/or C++, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.Knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT).API development (e.g., FastAPI).Office package: high level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.English: Advanced (C1/C2) level.Availability to travel.Driving Licence and own car.Desirable qualifications and skills:Basic knowledge about I4.0: RAMI4.0, IDS.Basic knowledge of web interface development (e.g., Angular, React).Strong technical writing and documentation skills required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.We are looking for people involved, responsible, with a high capacity for organization and teamwork, flexible and interested in facing new professional challenges.We offer:Working in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment contributing to your personal development (knowledge and skills).Stability and flexible working time; hybrid teleworking model capable of reconciling your personal life.Specific Training Plan in the areas of specialisation.Salary according to professional experience and expertise level.Location: O Porriño (located some 25 km from Vigo, excellent communications to Vigo Airport, Santiago and Porto; and good communication with the AVE train network.
