Senior French Architect

We are looking for a French senior architect with up to 7 years of experience on local permit procedures in France.
The candidate will be participating in the development of the different stages of the project within a multidisciplinary and international team.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working in a collaborative environment in reference projects in the tertiary, industrial and residential sector.
Tasks to develop:  - Building Permits and Execution Designs.
- Project Management.
- Construction Works Architect.
- Participate collaboratively in the multidisciplinary team in charge of the project.
- Gather all the information and carry out procedures at any stage of the project according to the specifications and legal requirements and taking into account the deadlines.
- Keeping the project documentation up to date.
- Communication with the Authorities, client and suppliers/partners.
Requirements and Profile:  - Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum experience of 7 years in project development is essential.
- Knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
- Highly proficient in computer tools: AutoCad, and office package.
Knowledge of Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks.
- High level of English and French.
Spanish, German and/or Italian is a plus.
- Availability to travel around Europe.
- Valuable driving license
