Senior Freelance IT Recruiter - 100% Remote We are looking for experienced IT recruiters with at least 3 years of experience and the willingness to work in a freelance capacity with commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute the complete IT profile recruitment process.Identify and attract qualified talent through different recruitment channels.Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical and cultural competencies of candidates.Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and position requirements.Manage the candidate database, keeping information updated and organized.Provide reports and analysis on the progress of selection processes to talent management teams.Participate in the continuous improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies. Requirements:University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a specific focus on IT profiles.In-depth knowledge of the labor market and trends in the technology sector.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously and meet established deadlines.Experience with recruiting and candidate management tools (ATS).Ability to work autonomously and in a remote environment.
