What do we expect you to do when you are here?You will carry out tax due diligence (sometimes in collaboration with other areas of the firm: commercial, labour and/or financial department).Presentation and defence of projects and reports before clients, targets and their lawyers/advisors.Review and collaboration with lawyers on the legal clauses of the SPA or other documents relating to the transaction and coverage of tax contingencies.Tax advice, mainly to international clients, in M&A operations, business restructuring, implementation of the group in Spain...We tell you what profile we are looking for:Degree in Accounting and Finance, Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or similar. Essential Master's Degree specialising in Taxation.Minimum experience of 2-3 years in the field of M&A and Tax Due Diligence (according to the functions described above).Essential good command of English (spoken and written).Autonomous, dynamic, responsible and decisive professional.
