The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with specific experience working in large, global, listed groups like TP ICAP. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.Role ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards and regulatory obligations, ensuring full compliance.Coordinate and manage the external audit process, liaising with auditors, working with colleagues to provide the necessary documentation. Plus support any internal audit reviews and requests.Prepare monthly management accounts including informative commentary, with support from finance colleagues, to meet PS and group deadlines and reporting requirements.Analyse financial data and provide insights to PS senior management for decision-making.Maintain and enhance internal controls for financial reporting, adhering to relevant control frameworks i.E. Financial Reporting Council's Corporate Governance Code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting
